2. Core Control Logic & Operation Modes

Adopts 32-bit high-speed microprocessor core, core control algorithm based on Low Signal Selection (LSS) logic. Three independent calculation channels jointly determine valve output: speed/load PID loop, auxiliary PID loop, valve position limiter loop.Complete multi-mode regulation functions: isochronous constant speed control, droop load sharing for parallel generators, automatic synchronization sequence, cascade pressure closed-loop control, extraction/ inlet pressure limiting, local manual valve position control.Built-in full automatic turbine startup and shutdown sequence logic, with programmable warm-up speed ramp, acceleration ramp, constant speed holding stage, overspeed trip interlock and pre-start permission interlock; supports hardwire or bus remote start-stop commands.PID parameter full-range adjustable: proportional band 0.1%–1000%, integral time 0.01–100s, derivative time 0–25s; independent tuning for speed loop, auxiliary pressure loop and cascade control loop respectively.

3. Input Channel Hardware Configuration

Speed detection input

Dual isolated independent speed pickup channels, compatible with passive magnetic MPU speed probes and active Hall speed sensors. Frequency acquisition range 0.5Hz–25000Hz, adapt to turbine speed up to 15000RPM; MPU effective input voltage range 1–25Vrms.

Analog analog inputs

Four configurable 4–20mA analog input channels, used for pressure, temperature, generator power feedback signals; expandable with external modules for RTD / thermocouple bearing temperature collection.

Digital discrete inputs

Eight isolated 24VDC dry contact digital input terminals, assigned to startup permission, emergency shutdown, remote mode switching, fault interlock feedback, limit switch state collection.All field input circuits integrate surge suppression, reverse polarity protection and galvanic isolation to eliminate ground loop interference in power plant and engine room environments.Built-in auxiliary 24VDC power supply inside the controller, maximum output 200mA for powering field transmitters and sensors.

4. Actuator & Output Signal Resources

Actuator driving outputs

Two independent configurable actuator outputs, selectable 4–20mA or 0–200mA driving signal, with built-in valve linearization correction curve. The second actuator output can be switched to analog monitoring signal output when split-range control is not required. Each channel has over-current and open-circuit self-diagnosis protection, triggering fault alarm when abnormal load occurs.

Analog monitoring outputs

Six isolated 4–20mA analog output channels, transmitting real-time speed, generator load, governor valve position, extraction pressure and other operating parameters to DCS, field recorders and local meters.

Relay contact outputs

Eight Form-C dry contact relay outputs, two fixed dedicated relays for overspeed trip and general fault alarm; the remaining six relays are fully programmable for running status indication, warning signals and auxiliary equipment interlock control. Single relay contact capacity 5A@250VAC or 5A@30VDC.
