Vibro-Meter 204-040-100-012 Rack

Vibro-Meter 204-040-100-012 Rack is a VM600 series rack in the Vibro-Meter product line of Meggitt Sensing Systems, used for machinery protection systems and condition monitoring systems. The following is a brief introduction:

Appearance structure: It is a 19-inch system rack with a standard height of 6U, a sturdy aluminum structure, and measures approximately 16cm×16cm×12cm, weighing approximately 0.8kg. It provides installation space for up to 15 single-width VM600 series cards or a combination of single-width and multi-width cards.

Internal structure: The integrated VME backplane provides electrical interconnection for installed VM600 cards (such as power supply, signal processing, data acquisition, input/output, CPU and relay cards). A power check relay is provided at the rear to indicate whether the installed power supply is working properly.

Power supply: One or two RPS6U power supplies can be installed. Power redundancy can be achieved when two are installed. If one RPS6U fails, the other can provide 100% of the power demand to ensure that the rack continues to operate.

Application scenario: Suitable for industrial environments where equipment needs to be permanently installed in 19-inch cabinets or panels. It can meet the needs of equipment vibration analysis and fault detection in various industrial applications, and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of industrial equipment.
