VM600 MPC4 200-510-100-034 is a mechanical protection card produced by Vibro-meter and is the core component of the VM600 series mechanical protection system (MPS). It is mainly used for vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotating machinery in the power, petroleum, chemical and other industries. Channel configuration: It has 4 dynamic signal channels and 2 tachometer (speed) channels, all of which can be programmed separately. The dynamic signal input can accept signals representing acceleration, velocity and displacement.

Measurement parameters: It can measure relative and absolute vibration, Smax, eccentricity, thrust position, absolute and differential expansion of the housing, displacement and dynamic pressure and other physical parameters.

Signal characteristics: Dynamic signal input DC range is 0 to + 20V or 0 to - 20V, AC range is up to ±10V, common mode voltage range is - 50V to + 50V, input impedance is 200kΩ. The relative vibration measurement frequency range of the shaft is 0.1Hz to 10kHz for vibration, DC to 1Hz for gap/position, amplitude accuracy is ±1% of full scale, and linear error is <±1%.

Filter function: Supports programmable wideband and narrowband filters, which can filter the input signal to meet different measurement needs.

Alarm settings: Programmable alarms, dangers and set points can be set, and adaptive alarm and danger level functions are also available, which can automatically adjust the alarm threshold according to actual conditions.

Interface design: The front panel has a BNC connector for easy analysis of the buffered "raw" sensor signal, and there are LEDs for displaying status and alarms.

Hot-swap function: Supports real-time plug-in and pull-out, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement during system operation without affecting the normal operation of the system.
