VIBRO - METER RPS6U 200 - 582 - 200 - 021 is a high-quality rack-mount power supply for the VM600 series mechanical protection and monitoring system. The following is a detailed introduction:
Input voltage: supports multiple input voltages. The AC input version can accept voltages of 115/230VAC or 220VDC, and the DC input version can accept voltages of 24VDC and 110VDC, which can adapt to different power supply environments.
Output characteristics: Provides stable voltage outputs of + 5VDC and ±12VDC for the rack and all modules (cards) installed inside it, and supplies power through the rack backplane to meet the power requirements of various components in the VM600 system.
Performance characteristics: It adopts high-power, high-performance, and high-efficiency design, and has output overvoltage, short-circuit and overload protection functions, which can effectively protect the power supply and connected devices. The front panel is equipped with status indicators (IN, +5V, +12V and −12V) to facilitate users to intuitively understand the working status of the power supply.
Redundant configuration: In the VM600 ABE04x system rack, two RPS6U power supplies can be installed to achieve redundant configuration. If one power supply fails, the other can immediately take on the entire load and provide 100% power, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the system and improving system availability and reliability.
Installation method: Installed on the front of the VM600 ABE04x rack, connected to the VME bus of the rack backplane through two high-current connectors.
Application range: Widely used in industrial manufacturing, power generation, petrochemical and other fields, providing power support for vibration, temperature, pressure and other parameter monitoring of industrial machinery. It is also used in the aerospace field to continuously power sensors and monitoring equipment in aircraft engine monitoring systems to ensure flight safety. In addition, it also powers the monitoring systems of important equipment such as large steam turbines and generators in the power industry, providing data support for safe, stable operation and reliable power supply of the power grid.
