Prosoft RadioLinx RLX2-IFH24E Communications Module

Prosoft RadioLinx RLX2-IFH24E is an industrial-grade 2.4GHz wireless communication module, mainly used for wireless Ethernet and serial communications, suitable for SCADA and other Ethernet applications with high communication requirements and wide range. The relevant introduction is as follows:

Operating frequency: operates in the 2.400 to 2.4835GHz frequency band, which belongs to the international unlicensed 2.4GHz bandwidth. It can be used as a backup communication solution when regulations, bandwidth saturation or other wireless technologies cannot be used.

Data transmission rate: Channel data transmission rate is 1.1Mbps or 345kbps (programmable).

Transmission distance: Up to 15 miles under line of sight (LOS), if a high-gain directional antenna is used, the point-to-point transmission distance can be further guaranteed.

Output power: The power is adjustable, ranging from 100mW to 1W (FCC-A model programmable).

Network topology: Supports point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, relay and forwarding repeater network topologies, and uses intelligent Ethernet switching technology to provide virtual point-to-point packet switching and network optimization.

Interface type: It has RS-232 (DB9), RS-422 and RS-485 serial ports, as well as 1 Ethernet interface, 1 24V DC power interface and 1 antenna interface.

Security: It uses a unique frequency hopping algorithm that cannot be detected by Wi-Fi scanners, and supports 128-bit AES encryption algorithm to ensure data transmission security.

Configuration and monitoring: It can be quickly configured through the visual ControlSc software. The product includes OPC server software, which allows users to monitor the radio network status using any OPC client-based HMI software, and can also graphically represent the network and display advanced status information such as temperature and signal quality.

Working environment: With metal shell, it has good vibration and impact resistance, standard operating temperature range is - 25℃ to + 70℃, and the extended range can reach - 40℃ to + 65℃, which can adapt to harsh industrial environment.

Power supply requirements: The power supply range is 10-30VDC.
