The GE GF868-1-2-1-2-1-B-1-4-0-0-0-CC-RPT is an ultrasonic flow meter from the GE DigitalFlow™ series, specifically designed for flare gas/vent gas measurement. It employs patented Transit-Time™ technology and digital signal processing, making it suitable for demanding operating conditions in petrochemical, refining, natural gas, and offshore platforms, achieving accurate measurement across the entire flow range from low to high velocities.

Measurement Capabilities: Bidirectional flow velocity -100~100 m/s (standard), extended to 120 m/s; volumetric flow rate accuracy ±1% of reading, mass flow rate accuracy ±2% of reading, repeatability ±0.1%~0.3%.

High range ratio: Range ratio up to 2750:1, adaptable to a wide operating range of flare systems from "low flow standby to high flow discharge".


Redundant power supply: Supports AC/DC dual power supply modes; redundant power supplies can be configured for critical operating conditions to ensure continuous operation.


Typical applications: Flare gas total volume monitoring and leak identification, reducing material loss and emissions; Effluent gas recovery and energy optimization, accurately calculating recoverable gas volume; Interlocking and environmental emission monitoring of flare systems in oil refining and chemical plants; Gas measurement in remote/harsh environments such as offshore platforms and LNG terminals.
