GE HYDRAN H201Ci-1 is a single-channel controller, mainly used to monitor dissolved gases in transformer oil to help diagnose transformer faults early and ensure reliable operation of the equipment. The specific introduction is as follows:
Monitoring function: It can detect dissolved gases such as hydrogen (H₂), carbon monoxide (CO), ethylene (C₂H₄), acetylene (C₂H₂) in transformer oil in real time, capture gas concentration changes through high-precision sensor technology, and provide data support for transformer health status monitoring.
Alarm function: Equipped with multi-level alarm function, the gas concentration threshold can be customized. Once the gas concentration exceeds the set value, an audible and visual alarm will be triggered to prompt the operator to check and handle it in time.
Output interface: It provides analog output (such as 4-20mA) and digital communication interface (such as RS-232, RS-485), supports integration with other monitoring systems, facilitates remote data collection and monitoring, and can transmit data to the central control room for centralized management.
Display and operation: The front door is equipped with a LED digital display, which can display the gas concentration (in ppm) successively, and is equipped with a membrane keyboard and LCD display, which is convenient for on-site operators to view the status and perform related operations.
Scalability: Modular design supports working with H201Ti intelligent transmitters. Multiple devices can be connected through the RS-485 interface. Up to 32 H201Ci control devices can be connected together through the RS-485 link to form a distributed monitoring network, which can accommodate up to 128 H201Ti.
Working environment adaptability: The operating temperature range is - 40℃ to + 55℃, the humidity adaptability range is 0-95% (non-condensing), and the housing rating model is NEMA 4X, which can adapt to harsh environments such as outdoor and industrial sites.
