Interface Module for UNITROL 5000 Excitation System

General description This interface module is a dedicated internal signal interface board designed for the ABB UNITROL 5000 generator excitation control system. It performs signal isolation, signal conversion and interconnection between different functional units inside the excitation cabinet. It transfers analog and digital control signals, status feedback signals and diagnostic signals within the excitation rack, and supports coordination between the main control board, power unit and monitoring circuits. The module adopts standard rack-mounted form for installation inside UNITROL 5000 cabinets.
