Core Positioning and Working Principle
Type: Mechanical-Hydraulic, Speed Droop, does not support isochronous operation.
Speed Measurement: The turbine speed is directly detected by the internal flyweight/ball joint mechanism driven by the input drive shaft.
Control Logic: Speed measurement → Comparison with set speed → Hydraulic amplification → Output shaft rotation → Adjustment of turbine inlet valve opening → Stabilization of speed (Woodward).
Hydraulic System: Integrated oil sump and gear pump, independent oil supply (1034 kPa / 150 psi), no external hydraulic station required.
Output: Rotate the output shaft (maximum angle 40°, recommended stroke from no-load to full-load is 2/3 of the full stroke), directly driving the speed control valve.
