I. Product Positioning and Channel Configuration
The APx515B belongs to the B-series dual-channel integrated audio analyzer, primarily designed for mass production line audio testing and entry-level R&D verification. It comes standard with 2 channels of analog signal generation and 2 channels of analog signal acquisition, integrates standard digital audio input/output interfaces, and is equipped with the APx500 measurement software platform. It includes an ISO17025 accredited calibration certificate and a three-year manufacturer's warranty.

VII. Typical application scenarios
Consumer audio production line: Bluetooth headsets, speakers, amplifiers, USB Final batch testing of sound cards and microphones
Performance verification of car audio systems, power amplifiers, and conference sound reinforcement equipment
Basic R&D of electroacoustic components: frequency response and distortion assessment of loudspeakers, receivers, and diaphragm units
Testing of digital audio decoding chips, DSP audio algorithms, and audio ADC/DAC chips
STI voice transmission index measurement for voice communication equipment (optional SW-STI software license)
VIII. Key Usage Precautions
High and low voltage tests must confirm the input 125Vpk limit. For high-power amplifiers, it is recommended to use an attenuation probe to protect the input front end.
Project files for different APx models are interchangeable, but high-bandwidth model-specific functions cannot run on the APx515B.
Annual recommendation: submit for recalibration by a metrology institution to maintain ISO17025 compliance testing qualifications.
Multi-channel expansion requires an external signal switching matrix; the unit natively only supports dual-channel analog transmission and reception.
Fiber optic digital cables must use standard TOSLINK audio fiber optic cables; ordinary data fiber optic cables are prone to clock jitter errors.
