The Pepperl+Fuchs temperature converter HiD2082 is an isolator for intrinsically safe applications. The relevant information is as follows:

Input type: It can receive thermocouple (TC), millivolt, potentiometer or resistance temperature detector (RTD) signals from hazardous areas, and can be widely used in different temperature measurement scenarios.

Output configuration: The output can be selected as a current source, current sink or voltage source through the DIP switch on the side panel, and the output signal is a linearized 4mA - 20mA or 1V - 5V. In addition, the device can also be configured as a signal distributor to achieve 1 input and 2 outputs.

Fault detection: It has a line fault detection (LFD) function. When a fault occurs in the field circuit, the red LED on the fault bus will light up, and the fault condition will be displayed through the output, which is convenient for users to troubleshoot the problem in time.
