Working principle: It usually operates based on the baffle nozzle principle. Input a current signal of 4-20mA and continuously supply a gas source of a certain pressure (such as 20psi) to the baffle nozzle assembly at the same time. When a current signal is input, the electromagnet is activated. The greater the current, the stronger the magnetic force of the magnet. The baffle is connected to the pivot and can move up and down. One end of it is attached with magnetic material and close to the electromagnet. After the magnet is activated, the baffle moves towards the electromagnet, causing the nozzle to close to a certain extent. Part of the supply pressure escapes from the nozzle, and the remaining pressure is output. Therefore, the output pressure is proportional to the input current. Generally, when the input current is 4-20mA, the output pressure is 3-15psi.

Input current range: Generally 4-20mA.
Output pressure range: The minimum value is 1bar (14.5psi), the maximum value is 15bar (217.5psi), the minimum range is 1bar (14.5psi), and the maximum range is 14bar (203psi). The standard pressure range of 4-20mA corresponds to 1.5-4.5bar (21.75-65.25psi).
Accuracy: Full-range accuracy ±1%.
Supply voltage: 18-32Vdc (24Vdc nominal).
