Overview
CPC-II is an electro-hydraulic pressure regulating valve controller that receives a current setting input of 4-20mA and provides a stable pressure output proportional to the input current externally. It is used to precisely control the oil pressure of the steam turbine valve, thereby achieving the control of the turbine speed and load.
Characteristics
Resistant to oil contamination, it adopts the "Dirt Nemesis" technology, significantly enhancing the strength of the actuator and self-cleaning valve, and features the "Silt Nemesis" cleaning technology.
Precise fluid pressure control, with pressure reading accuracy less than ±0.2% within the full-scale working range.
Stable linear valve control with a valve linearization table.
Redundant input/sensors for critical applications can accept signals from redundant controllers and have redundant (dual) CPC (master/slave) functionality.
Standard installation and hydraulic connection, installation in any posture. There are four M10 threaded holes with a depth of 23 millimeters at the front of the hydraulic end.
It features status and health indicators, software service trend analysis tools, etc.
Performance index
Accuracy: <±0.2% full-scale working range.
Repeatability: 0.1% full-scale working range.
Temperature drift: ≤±0.01% full-scale operating temperature range (℃).
Pressure stability: ≤±2% of the set value.
Failure protection operation: When power is cut off or a fault is detected, the internal return spring forces the control end oil to return to the oil end.
Physical properties
Dimensions: Height × width × thickness approximately 290×270×270 millimeters.
Weight: 25 kilograms (55 pounds) without oil.
Environmental parameters
Operating temperature range: -40 to +85 degrees Celsius.
Hydraulic oil temperature: -40 to +85 degrees Celsius.
Protection: EN61000-6-2 (2005).
Emissions: EN61000-6-4 (2007).
