1. Multi-parameter monitoring capability

Shaft displacement/expansion difference monitoring:

Dynamic data acquisition:

Provides raw vibration waveform output (such as BNC interface), supports connection to oscilloscope or spectrum analyzer for fault diagnosis (such as imbalance, misalignment analysis).

Independent protection function:

Each channel can independently set the alarm threshold (2 levels) and trip threshold (1 level), built-in hardware redundancy and anti-false trigger logic to ensure the reliability of shutdown protection.

Spectrum analysis:

Supports real-time FFT spectrum calculation (such as 1024-point resolution), and can output vibration spectrum data for host computer analysis.

3. Communication and integration capabilities

Standard interface:

RS-485 (Modbus RTU) or Ethernet (Modbus TCP, Profinet, etc., depending on model configuration), used to communicate with DCS, PLC or Emerson AMS monitoring system.

Data transmission:
