Electrical Parameters
Power Supply and Current: The control power supply frequency is adapted to 48-62Hz. The phase current input uses the secondary coil of a 1A phase current transformer. Other related specifications indicate a rated current up to 5A, with a measurement accuracy of ±1%, accurately capturing current changes during motor operation.
Input/Output: Features 9 opto-isolated digital input interfaces, supporting remote alarm, remote tripping, and other customizable functions. Analog inputs include 1-4 channels, with analog outputs ranging from 4-20mA, and also supporting differential analog input measurements. Equipped with S4 output relays, it enables forced output operations, meeting various execution requirements of the control loop.
Communication Parameters: Standard RS232 and RS485 serial ports are included, with optional Ethernet and device network ports. Compatible with Modbus RTU and other communication protocols, it can read relay coil status, setpoints, and perform other functions, seamlessly integrating into industrial automation control systems for data exchange and remote control.
Physical and Environmental Parameters
This relay measures approximately 144x144x112mm and weighs 10kg. In terms of protection rating, the front panel is IP40 and the rear panel is IP20, meeting basic dustproof requirements in industrial environments. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +60°C, and the storage and transportation temperature is -40°C to +80°C. The operating environment can withstand up to 95% humidity without condensation at 55°C, with a pollution level of 2, making it suitable for most harsh industrial environments. Some versions offer an optional coating to further enhance resistance to dust and chemical corrosion.
Core Protection Functions
Comprehensive Fault Protection: Integrates multiple core protection functions including overload, short circuit, ground fault, and broken bar rotor protection. It can also detect abnormal conditions such as current imbalance, undercurrent, motor stall, and mechanical jamming. It features voltage-related protection such as overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence reversal, and frequency abnormality, as well as power-related protection such as overtorque, underpower, and reverse power, comprehensively covering various fault risks during motor operation.
Precise Thermal Protection: Equipped with an industry-leading thermal model, it supports multiple RTD inputs for stator thermal protection and features a voltage-dependent overload curve that dynamically adjusts the thermal overload curve according to the system voltage level, adapting to high-inertia load scenarios. It also supports setting parameters such as the ratio of hot and cold curves and RTD bias, and the thermal capacity register is updated every 0.1 seconds, accurately simulating the motor's thermal state and ensuring the motor is not damaged by overheating.
Starting and Special Protection: For the motor starting process, it includes functions such as an acceleration timer, start prohibition, inching lockout, and restart lockout to prevent damage to the motor from improper starting. For dual-speed motors, it can also be specifically configured with overload, undercurrent, and acceleration-related protection parameters for the second speed to adapt to special operating conditions.
Operation and Maintenance Features
Convenient Configuration and Operation: The enhanced front panel features a 40-character LCD display and a redesigned keyboard, along with an integrated RS232 terminal for direct connection to a laptop. With dedicated configuration software or an automatic motor parameter configurator, motor parameters can be quickly set.
Comprehensive Monitoring and Diagnostics: Enables comprehensive monitoring of multi-dimensional data such as temperature, current, and power. Supports event logging, waveform capture, and data recording, storing multiple sets of event data for easy fault tracing. Includes a trip counter and start-up fault detection functions, and can diagnose and alarm for faults such as open circuits and short circuits in RTD sensors, reducing troubleshooting time and maintenance costs.
Auxiliary Testing Functions: Built-in simulation function allows for simulating pre-fault and fault states, facilitating testing of output relays, analog outputs, and other components. This simplifies equipment commissioning and trial operation. Firmware and parameters support on-site upgrades, enhancing equipment scalability.
