GE VMIVME1150 PLC Processor Module

GE VMIVME1150 is not a traditional PLC processor module, but a 64-bit optically coupled digital input board designed and optimized for VME bus. The relevant introduction is as follows:

Electrical characteristics:

Input port: It has 64 optically coupled digital inputs, a total of eight input ports, each port is eight bits wide, and is arranged as eight consecutive 8-bit read-only registers. Each 8-bit port can be individually addressed anywhere within the 8-bit or 16-bit boundary.

Input range: The input voltage range is 5V to 48VDC.

Isolation: It has high isolation, with a continuous voltage of 1000V and a pulse voltage of 7500V.

Functional features:

Rich input options: It provides filtered input options, supports voltage source or current source input, and also has contact closure sensing function.

Efficient data transmission: The data transmission type is D8, D16, and the maximum access time is 250 nanoseconds. Supports non-privileged or supervisory I/O access rights.

Connector Design: Supports dual I/O connectors, using high reliability DIN compatible input connectors.

Compatibility and Installation: It is a standard double-height printed circuit board, fully compatible with VME bus in terms of electrical and mechanical aspects. It can be operated in any available slot on the VME bus backplane except slot 1. The board address is selected by the on-board DIP switch.
