Here is the datasheet for the GE IS200VTURH1B VME Turbine Protection Board:
General Information
Part Number: IS200VTURH1B.
Series: Mark VI Series.
Manufacturer: General Electric (GE).
Functional Overview
Monitors sensed shaft current/voltage and alarms when excessive levels are reached.
Measures turbine speed to generate a primary overspeed trip signal.
Controls three primary overspeed trip relays that are part of the TRPx terminal board.
Responsible for monitoring eight Geiger-Mueller flame detectors in gas turbine applications.
Hardware Specifications
Board Components: Contains over 60 integrated circuits, 13 transistors, hundreds of capacitors and resistors, as well as diodes and inductors.
Backplane: There are two backplanes.
Connectors: Features a multi-position female plug for connecting to daughter boards, and multiple connectors consisting of conductive dots and traces. The front panel has three LED indicators and a cable connector (J5) that connects to the printed circuit board via three screws.
Mounting holes: Multiple factory drilled holes on the board for mounting, including four stud holes for supporting the daughter board.
Electrical characteristics
Speed input: Four passive magnetic speed inputs with a frequency range of 2 - 20,000Hz. Circuit sensitivity allows the use of a passive sensor on a 60-tooth gear to detect a rotating gear speed of 2rpm to determine if the turbine is stopped (zero speed).
Voltage detection: The voltage induced by the shaft can be detected, and the contact voltage detection is 20V DC for high level and 6V DC for low level.
Mechanical characteristics
Weight: 1.9kg.
Dimensions: 43.1cm×35.2cm×5cm.
Other features
Architecture: Adopts a triple modular redundant (TMR) architecture to ensure high reliability and redundancy to prevent single point failure.
Compatibility: Compatible with other components of the GE Mark VI system, easy to integrate into existing systems, and can work with terminal boards such as TRPG, TRPL, TREG, TRPS, etc.
Human Machine Interface: Links with the HMI to allow users to access turbine data from a central location for seamless monitoring and control.
