General specification
Dimensions: 48 (W)×48 (H)×100 (D) mm, belonging to 1/16DIN type, small and space-saving.
Display: 4-digit LED display on the large screen, which can clearly show the measured values, set values and other related parameters.
Protection level: The panel design is dust and water resistant, meeting the IP65 standard.
Power supply: The standard universal power supply is 100V to 240V AC, and a 24V AC/DC power supply can also be optionally equipped.
Input specification
Input type: Applicable to thermocouples, thermal resistors (RTD), and DC mV/V signals, with strong versatility.
Indication accuracy: It can usually reach ±0.1% of the full scale, and the measurement is relatively precise.
Output specification
Control output type
Relay contact output (-R) : It can be used to control the on and off of relays, achieving simple switch control, such as controlling the start and stop of heating equipment.
Voltage pulse output (-V) : Outputs voltage pulse signals, which can be used for time-proportional PID control. By adjusting the duty cycle of the pulses, the power of the controlled object can be controlled.
4 ~ 20mA output (-A) : Outputs a standard 4 ~ 20mA current signal, which can interface with various industrial control devices to achieve continuous PID control.
Optional output
Alarm output (/AL) : It provides two alarm outputs, allowing for the setting of alarm types such as high limit, low limit, and deviation. When abnormal measurement values or control processes occur, the alarm output alerts the operator or triggers other safety measures.
4 ~ 20mA transmission output (/RET) : The measured value (PV) can be retransmitted in the form of a 4 ~ 20mA current signal, facilitating the transfer of temperature data to other devices or systems for further processing or monitoring.
Functional characteristics
Control function: It is equipped with standard dynamic automatic tuning function and "SUPER" overshoot suppression function, which can automatically adjust PID parameters, making the control system fast and stable, and effectively suppressing temperature overshoot phenomenon, improving control accuracy and system stability. It can also be optionally equipped with a heating/cooling regulation function, which is suitable for applications that require simultaneous control of the heating and cooling processes.
Communication function: Optional RS485 communication function, supporting MODBUS and PC-Link & Ladder protocols, facilitating communication with the host computer or other devices to achieve functions such as remote monitoring, parameter setting and data transmission.
Other functions: Optional timer function, allowing for the setting of timed start, stop or switch control modes, etc. The optional heater open-circuit alarm function can promptly detect faults in heating elements, ensuring system safety.
