Dedicated signal conditioning board inside IPS power unit

It is installed inside the ACS5000 power module cavity and does not belong to the external control cabinet card. It provides integrated processing of voltage sampling, isolation conversion, pulse auxiliary power supply, and fault detection feedback for the IGCT power unit.

Four core functions

Dual high-voltage DC bus isolation sampling converts the high voltage on the power side into weak current signals and sends them to the main control board;

Photoelectric isolation drive pulse buffer amplification, isolation control loop and power main loop;

Real-time detection of unit overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent hardware faults, and rapid IGCT blocking;

Built-in isolated auxiliary power supply supplies power to the gate drive and temperature sampling circuits in the unit.

Signal isolation level: 2.5kV photoelectric isolation to prevent high-voltage crosstalk from damaging the main control system
