This is a horizontal pillow-type force sensor from the Swedish manufacturer ABB Pressductor® series, material code 3BSE004172R1, with a rated range of 2.0kN. Based on the magnetoelastic core sensing principle, it is primarily used for lateral tension detection on rollers in paper machines, coating machines, rewinding machines, and film production lines. It is a standard spare part model from the original manufacturer. The PFTL101B in the same series is a reinforced version with enhanced lateral load resistance.

Built-in EMI RF filtering, short-circuit and open-circuit protection, resisting industrial frequency conversion electromagnetic interference.
IV. Environmental and Protection Parameters: The entire casing is made of SIS2383 stainless steel, with an IP67 protection rating; continuous operating ambient temperature -20℃ to +80℃, storage temperature -40℃ to +90℃; suitable for relative humidity of 5% to 95% in non-condensing conditions, resistant to the moisture and dust environment of paper mills.
Vibration resistance meets IEC60068 standards, with long-term stable operation at 10~2000Hz acceleration up to 3G.
