Core technical features

Measurement principle and performance

Based on the eddy current effect, the gap between the metal target and the probe is measured non-contactly. The output voltage signal is linearly related to the displacement (typical proportionality coefficient is 200mV/mil or 7.87mV/μm), the linear range is 0-2mm, and the error is ≤1%.

Frequency response 0-10kHz, suitable for real-time monitoring of vibration and displacement of high-speed rotating machinery (such as turbines and compressors).

Structure and materials

Probe housing: AISI 304 stainless steel, protection grade IP65, temperature resistance - 30℃~+177℃, corrosion resistance and mechanical shock resistance;

Probe tip: polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) insulation material, high temperature resistance and wear resistance;

Cable: 1.0 meter standard shielded cable, the outer layer is weather-resistant PVC or Teflon material, anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI/RFI).

Special meaning of the "CN" logo

May be optimized for China's industrial environment, such as:

Adapt to high humidity, dust or large temperature difference scenarios;

Long shell adaptation scenarios:

Deep hole installation (such as the inside of the equipment bearing seat, countersunk structure), the probe needs to penetrate the measured part;

The surface of the measured target is far away from the installation position, and the shell needs to be extended to shorten the actual gap between the probe and the metal surface.

Installation and system integration precautions

Gap adjustment:

During installation, ensure that the probe is perpendicular to the metal surface to be measured, and the initial gap is set at 1.0mm (midpoint of the linear range) to avoid signal distortion caused by exceeding the range of 0.2-1.8mm.

Requirements for matching components:

Must be used with a 3300 series preamplifier (such as 330180-90-00), and the electrical lengths of the preamplifier, probe, and cable must match (total length ≤ 30 meters);

If D position "12" is a special connector, the compatible extension cable model (such as 330130 series) must be confirmed to avoid interface incompatibility.

Certification and compliance:

If "CN" involves explosion-proof or environmental certification, the certification documents (such as explosion-proof certificate number) must be checked before installation to ensure compliance with the site safety level (such as Zone 0, Zone 1, Zone 2).
