Measurement principle:
Based on the eddy current effect, the gap between the metal target and the probe is measured non-contactly. The output voltage signal is linearly related to the displacement (typical proportionality coefficient is 200 mV/mil or 7.87 mV/μm), which is suitable for monitoring parameters such as shaft vibration, axial displacement, and rotation speed.
Physical properties:
Probe tip material: polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), high temperature resistance (short-term resistance to 200℃), corrosion resistance;
Shell material: AISI 304 stainless steel, high protection level, suitable for industrial environment (working temperature range: -30℃ ~ 177℃);
Cable characteristics: 0.5 meter standard cable, with shielding layer, strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability.
Installation and compatibility:
The shell length is 1.3 inches, suitable for installation scenarios with compact space (such as small equipment or countersunk hole installation);
It needs to be used with 3300 series preamplifiers (such as 330180 series) to form a complete monitoring system.
