Features
Dual-channel monitoring: Two independent channels that can continuously measure and monitor radial vibration and average shaft position (gap). Using inputs from two proximity probes/proximity systems, vibration conditions in two different positions or directions can be monitored simultaneously, fully reflecting the vibration status of the equipment.
User-programmable features: The power supply can be user-programmed to - 24 Vdc or - 18 Vdc. The frequency response can be programmed between 4 to 4,000 Hz (240 to 240,000 cpm) or 1 to 600 Hz (60 to 36,000 cpm). The recorder output can be programmed between + 4 and + 20 mA, 0 and - 10 Vdc, or + 1 and + 5 Vdc. Sensitivity can also be user programmed to 100 mV/mil (4 V/mm) or 200 mV/mil (8 V/mm).
Alarm Capabilities: An alarm relay module can be installed behind each monitor to provide alarms based on preset alarm values. Relay options include epoxy sealed, hermetic sealed, quad relay (epoxy sealed only).
Display Capabilities: Liquid Crystal Display with non-multiplexed vertical bar graph (LCD), each channel has its own 63-segment LCD, and probe gap indication on the third center scale.
