Bently Nevada's 146031-01 is a transient data interface I/O module that is part of the 10Base-T/100Base-TX I/O module component of the 3500/22M system. Here is a detailed introduction to it:
Functional Features
Data Acquisition: It has built-in static data capture capabilities. By installing an optional channel enable disk, it can also record dynamic and high-resolution transient data. It can work with M series monitors (such as 3500/40M, 3500/42M, etc.) to continuously capture steady-state and transient waveform data in the RIM slot of the 3500 rack.
Data Transmission: Connect the 3500 monitoring system with Bently Nevada's System 1 machinery management software and transmit the collected data to the host software via an Ethernet link.
Communication Processing: Integrates the functions of the 3500/20 rack interface module with the data collection functions of communication processors such as TDXnet, implements the communication processor functions within the 3500 rack, and enhances the previous communication processor in many aspects. In addition, this module performs certain functions shared by the entire rack, but it is not part of the critical monitoring channel and will not affect the normal performance of the entire monitoring system.
Technical specifications: Input signal is -10Vdc to +10Vdc, power consumption is 10.5 watts, there is a USB-B interface on the front panel, Ethernet is 100Base-FX fiber, operating temperature is -30 degrees Celsius to +65 degrees Celsius, size is 241.3 mm x24.4 mm x241.8 mm, weight is 0.82 kg.
Application areas: It is usually used for monitoring industrial machinery and equipment, such as pumps, compressors, generators, turbines, etc. It has a wide range of applications in the power, oil and gas, chemical, transportation, manufacturing and other industries. It can monitor the vibration and other parameters of key equipment in real time to achieve equipment health monitoring and maintenance and prevent equipment failure.
Others: Each 3500 rack requires a TDI or RIM. The TDI only occupies one slot in the rack and is always located in slot 1 (near the power supply). For triple modular redundant (TMR) applications, the 3500 system requires the TMR version of the TDI. In addition to the regular functions, the TMR TDI also performs "monitoring channel comparison", which can compare the outputs of three redundant monitors in real time.
