Working principle
There is a small coil inside the sensor probe, which is controlled by the controller to generate an oscillating electromagnetic field. When approaching the object under test, an induced current will be generated on the surface of the object under test, which in turn generates a reverse electromagnetic field. The eddy current sensor determines the distance between the sensor and the measured object based on the intensity of the reverse electromagnetic field. Through the processing of the preamplifier electronic circuit, the change in coil impedance, that is, the change in the distance between the head body coil and the metal conductor, is converted into the change in voltage or current, thereby achieving the measurement of parameters such as the displacement and vibration of the metal object.
