Overview

This is a dual-axis drive module, mainly used to control servo motors in low-power applications, with compact design, high flexibility and multiple protection functions.

Electrical parameters

Power input: The input voltage is 24 - 64VDC ± 25%, with undervoltage protection (cut-off voltage <18VDC) and overvoltage protection (cut-off voltage > 95VDC), and supports voltage monitoring.

Motor connection: There are 2 motor interfaces, the rated current is 8Arms/11.3A peak at 20kHz and below, 6.5Arms/9.2A peak at 40kHz and temperature above 45°C, the maximum current of each motor is 10.6Arms/15A peak, the maximum peak current of the module is 30A, the rated switching frequency is 5kHz, the selectable switching frequency is 5/10/20/40kHz, and the maximum motor cable length is 25m.

Installation requirements: It must be installed on a conductive and grounded backplane, and can be installed on a mounting plate or cold plate for heat dissipation by screws.
