Channel configuration:

There are a total of 4 channels in Group 1, and the channel identification is AI0+... AI3+

Terminal 3.4 (AI -) is used for voltage and RTD measurements, while terminals 1.9, 2.9, 3.9 and 4.9 are used for current measurements.

Input type:

Supports multiple input types, including 0V -10V voltage, -10V - +10V voltage, 0mA - 20mA current, 4mA - 20mA current, and PT100/PT1000/NI1000 thermal resistors. Each input channel can be configured separately.

Channel input resistance:

The voltage input is greater than 100kΩ.

The current input is approximately 330Ω.

Input filter time constant:

Both the voltage and current inputs are 100μs.

Input signal indication:

Each channel has one LED, and its brightness depends on the value of the analog signal.

Conversion time:

For 4 inputs + 2 outputs, the conversion time is 1ms. For RTD (PT/NI) measurement, the conversion time is 1 second.

Measurement range and accuracy:

0V - 10V range: 12-bit accuracy.

-10V to +10V range: 12-bit accuracy (including sign bits).

0mA - 20mA range: 12-bit accuracy.

4mA - 20mA range: 12-bit accuracy.

RTD (PT100, PT1000, NI1000) range: accuracy ±0.1°C.

Conversion error:

The conversion error of analog values caused by nonlinearity, factory adjustment error and resolution within the normal range.
